Meet our owner, Stephanie!
Being very experienced in the industry, Stephanie has many spent years perfecting her craft. When the opportunity to buy Orchidee Salon and Spa she jumped on the opportunity to step into the next chapter of her career. Stephanie still loves working as a hairstylist and pairing that with being the salon owner has been a fun adventure!

Jessica is a Colorado local whose passion for hair has spanned many years. With a flair for both creativity and precision she is great at finding the style perfect for you and will make you feel at home in her chair! With many years of experience you will be in great hands and leave loving your hair! Jessica’s personality is warm and inviting, she is committed to her clients, giving them the style they want. Beyond her chair, Jessica loves to go and explore new travel destinations and she loves going to music festivals whenever she can.

I love working with unique hair textures – from ultra fine to big & curly. I specialize in haircuts with layers, razor, bangs, plus androgynous styles and fades. Coppers, blonding and sun-kissed balayage are my favorites! You can ask me anything and everything HAIR, from daily routines to product and more.

My strong suits are all things color and extensions. I’ve been in the industry for 4 years. I have two kitty cats with my fiance Brian. I love skiing in my free time and doing arts and crafts with my girlfriends! I always strive to create a safe space for my guests, so they’re comfortable to show up exactlty as they are.

Susana loves doing hair and it shows through her work! She is also a part of our wedding team and creates absolutely stunning updos and styles. Susana will bring her years of experience to get you to your hair goals by listening to what you want and collaborating ideas. She creates such beautiful hair and will make you feel like family. When she’s not creating beautiful styles, colors and cuts in the salon she is spending time with her amazing family and sweet baby boy!

Deanna is our amazing makeup artist.
She is so talented and you will be amazed with your makeup after she’s done with you! She listens and delivers! Deanna is a kind person who is passionate about make-up and will take her time to create the perfect look for you. She takes time to ask questions, give you advice and walk you through the whole process leaving you feeling beautiful and confident!

Joshua Sadler
A Fort Collins native-turned-long-time transplant, Joshua has called the area home for more than 26 years. His creative roots run deep—before stepping behind the chair, he spent 12 years in Medical Animation and Graphic Design, sharpening his eye for detail and artistry.
With another 12 years of hair experience, Joshua now specializes in blonding services such as balayage, babylights, color correction, and creative toning. He loves a good challenge and has a special passion for precision cutting and short, pixie-inspired styles.
Warm, thoughtful, and always growing, Joshua is dedicated to continuous education and staying current with the latest trends to give every guest a personalized experience they feel great about.

Hannamari is a master hairstylist with a career spanning back to 1997. Originally from Finland and now based in Colorado since 2019, she brings over two decades of international experience and artistry to her craft. With 17 international hairstyling awards, her work reflects both refined technique and creative vision.
Specializing in personalized design, Hannamari creates hairstyles tailored to each client’s face shape, coloring, hair type, and lifestyle. She is especially gifted in crafting short hairstyles and elegant updos, known for precision, balance, and wearability.
Outside the salon, Hannamari finds joy in the outdoors, spending time with her family, and adventuring with her two beloved dogs. Her passion for beauty, creativity, and connection continues to inspire every client she works with.

Haley Kuhns
Haley is a Florida-born hairstylist and Aveda graduate with 15 years of experience specializing in color, curls, and editorial hair and makeup. As both a curl specialist and curl educator, Haley is trained in cutting, shaping, and hydrating all curl patterns—from soft waves to tight coils—while teaching clients how to care for and style their texture with confidence. Known for creating custom, lived-in color and delivering texture-forward results, Haley blends technical expertise with an editorial eye. Whether behind the chair or on set, she brings a calm, creative presence that leaves every client feeling seen, supported, and beautifully themselves.

Jill is our incredible talented and very experienced esthetician! She will bring all her experience to the table and customize a skincare routine or waxing regimen that will be perfect for you! She offers a variety of facials which include dermaplaning, hydrodermabrasion and seasonal peels. Jill offers waxing services and brow and lash tints. Jill gives the best facials and the experience is so relaxing and rejuvenating for your skin and for your overall well being. Jill is dedicated to exceeding your expectations as she guides you through your transformative skin-care journey. With a passion for enhancing your natural beauty, she will curate tailored facials to meet your unique needs.

I am born and raised in Colorado, I’ve spent the last 6 years in the beauty industry and the past three specializing as a nail and lash technician. I’m passionate about creativity, detail, and whether I’m creating a bold set of nails or enhancing someone’s natural lashes, my goal is always the same: to make every client feel seen, cared for and confident. As I continue to grow in the beauty industry, I’m dedicating my skills, staying inspired, and offering high quality, personalized services to everyone who sits in my chair.

Trisha Johnston
Trisha Ann Johnston, a native Floridian, received an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Tidewater Community College in 1995. In 1997, she went on to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of West Alabama. She received her certificate in Neuromuscular and Professional Therapeutic massage from the Advanced Academy of Therapeutic Massage, Montgomery, Alabama in 2001. She is nationally board certified and practiced at Peaceful Solutions Massage Therapy & Spa, since she co-founded it in 2002. She has been a volunteer for Hospice of Montgomery, where she offered massage to patients, caregivers, staff and fellow volunteers. She received her teaching certificate for Yoga in 2009.
She moved to Bellvue, Colorado in 2016 and transferred her Massage license to Colorado in 2017.

Morgan is our salon manager, she is our wedding coordinator and our receptionist.You will remember her by her sweet smile and excellent customer service, she is a pivotal part of our operation and we love her! She has a passion for life and is always looking on the bright side of things. Her organization skills keep our wedding business working top notch and she has the knack for making people feel at home in our salon.
